  • Client notification services for law firms
  • Case management dashboard and tools
  • Email and SMS notification services

User Accounts and Registration

To use our services, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account
  • Ensure you have authority to bind your organization (if applicable)

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our platform
  • Share account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Overload our systems with excessive requests
  • Use our services to spam or harass others
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Pricing and Payment

Our pricing is as follows:

  • Individual plan: $4.99 per case
  • Law firm plan: $99 for up to 150 cases
  • Payments are processed securely through our payment partners
  • Refunds may be available at our discretion
  • Prices are subject to change with notice

Data and Privacy

We take data protection seriously. Our handling of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that:

  • We collect and process case information to provide our services
  • You are responsible for ensuring client consent for data processing
  • We implement security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security
  • You should maintain your own backups of important data

Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend services for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for service interruptions or delays in government data updates.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our platform are owned by GovTrack LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GovTrack LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the preceding 12 months.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GovTrack LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases, but these Terms shall survive to the extent necessary.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our platform and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
